Data warehouses (DWH) and data processing platforms represent a single analytical circuit that combines information from the ABS, CRM, payment systems, fronts, contact center, omnichannel platforms and external sources. They provide high performance, scalability, quality and integrity of data required for building dashboards, scoring, reporting and predictive analytics.
