The portfolio and operational risk assessment system is a comprehensive tool for identifying, measuring, monitoring and stress testing risks associated with assets, banking processes and internal vulnerabilities. The solution helps the bank predict the impact of various scenarios on sustainability, minimize losses and comply with regulatory requirements.

Request for proposals

This module covers two critical risk classes:

  • Portfolio risks arising from concentration, delinquencies, asset losses, inefficient resource allocation;
  • Operational risks associated with human errors, process failures, IT incidents, fraud, legal consequences and external events.

Functionality:

  • Monitoring delinquencies, concentration and changes in asset value;
  • Calculation of key metrics: RAROC, Expected Loss (EL), Loss Given Default (LGD), Exposure at Default (EAD);
  • Identification and classification of operational risks according to Basel II/III (internal, external, systemic, legal);
  • Scenario modeling and stress testing (at the portfolio, process or business level);
  • Register of risks and control measures, assessment of the effectiveness of the control environment;
  • Automation of internal accounting of losses and incidents (Loss Event Database);
  • Integration with BI, CRM, internal control, ALM and document flow.
