The Customer Data Platform (CDP) creates a single, complete and cleaned customer profile by aggregating data from various systems: core banking systems, CRM, online and mobile banking, contact centers, marketing platforms, payment gateways, external databases and digital channels.
The system provides:
- Centralized storage and structuring of customer data (KYC, transactions, behavior, channels);
- Consolidation of disparate sources into a single “golden record” client (Single Customer View);
- Tools for building segments, scoring, behavioral models;
- Integration with BI, analytical platforms, CRM and marketing automation;
- Support for GDPR, AML/KYC and other requirements for data protection and transparency;
- Preparation of data for AI/ML models and predictive analytics.
